Interesting recipe
What I liked best was how the bakers tended to eyeball measurements and make adjustments as they were going along. The temperatures and weights are metric, but the volume measurements are imperial, so this might cause some confusion in the US. I think I might try this recipe sometime, as making a cake from scratch seems to be a lost art these days.
